Always interesting (well, usually...) reading a book predicting the future of the financial services written before the latest bear market. This book has a wide range covering insurance and commercial banking as well as the usual investment banking side. Its range may be too wide to delve too deep into any one of the many interesting issues it raises, but essentially the book does what is says on the cover. The last part of the book is the most interesting when it makes its predictions on where the sector is heading, and all in all this is a decent read on the financial services industry. Would recommend to others, although keep in mind that it was written in 2004, so its predictions may be more interesting than useful. Anyway, great book!
