Classical Mechanics with Maple

Product Description
Many problems in classical mechanics can now be readily solved using computers. This text integrates Maple, a general-purpose symbolic computation program, into the traditional sophomore- or junior-level mechanics course. Intended primarily as a supplement to a standard text, it discusses all the topics usually covered in the course and shows how to solve problems using Maple and how to display solutions graphically to gain further insight. The text is self-contained and can also be used for self-study or as the primary text in a mechanics course.Classical Mechanics with Maple Review
We used this book as the textbook for a course on Classical Mechanics at Trinity Western University. The actual book was decent, but there were only about 6 practice questions (on average) for each of the 5 chapters. My professor had to resort to giving us supplementary material so we could cover all of the material of a University-level Mechanics class. The book was okay, but it could have used some work. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Classical Mechanics with Maple" are high quality item.
