This book was excellent in preparing for the CMSA certification review course.
I passed on the first try. I also used the Anderson CE review course for case management that goes along with this book. It provides the page number for finding the answer to every question. The other book that I found very helpful was the CCM certification study guide. It had lots of questions and asked each question so many times that you had no choice but to learn the material. When I took the exam there were probably 2 questions that were familiar to me; but, do to all of the practice exams that I took and reading the CMSA core curriculum for case management 2 times: I was extremely well prepared. My advice to anyone preparing for the CMSA certification examination for the CCM certification.
